What would you do if you inherited 116 acres of family land? Create a space for the entire family of course! This local Texas family wanted to build a multi-generational farm that could house their family’s growing needs for years to come. We sat down and designed two separate homes with them. We wanted to encompass their vision and provide transitional spaces that can be used for all stages of life. Come with us as we take you on the journey of this current home build project.
The Heart of the Farm: A Main Home and Guest House
As you wind up the very long and beautiful driveway you will immediately notice the scenic Texas landscape surrounding you. The first stop up the drive is the original home, a charming and welcoming abode that serves as the heart of the farm. This home, though not built by TTB, sets the stage for the family’s legacy, offering a warm and inviting space where family gatherings and memories were and will continue to be made. You’ll also find a tiny guest house that is a quaint and cozy structure built purposefully for housing guests and visitors.
The TTB Homes
Continuing up the hill, the true magic unfolds as you approach the two homes being built by True Texas Builders. Positioned on the most beautiful hill, these homes are designed to offer unparalleled views of the valley below. With beautiful large windows, we were able to offer perfect views from everywhere in the house.
The first of the TTB homes is a smaller, yet perfectly designed residence. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home will provide a modern, stylish, and functional space that can be used for family members in multiple stages of life. This house was designed meticulously with the perfect amount of space for everything they need, and just the right size.
The Family Home: Where Memories Are Made and Cherished
Further along the drive you will find the second TTB home. This home, designed with family living in mind, will offer ample space and comfort, ensuring that every moment spent here is cherished. Its strategic location on the hill ensures that every window frames a postcard-worthy view of the valley, making everyday living an extraordinary experience.
